IEEM is the professional body that represents and supports professionals in the fields of ecology and environmental management in the United-Kingdom.


IEEM

Established in 1991, IEEM has around 3,000 members drawn from local authorities, government agencies, industry, environmental consultancy, teaching/research, and NGOs.

Personally, I have joined the IEEM when I started my new job as Ecological Consultant at Jacobs UK Ltd in early December 2006.

The French organisation equivalent to the IEEM is the ’Association Française des Ingénieurs Ecologues’ - AFIE.

I am a French Ecological consultant who currently lives in France after having worked for five years in England (Kent). This website is a window on both my professional activities and my hobbies. I’ll try to write the contents into English and French as much as possible.
